I am very passionate about helping people, especially people in negative stuck states known to many as depression. Very often I hear people say 'I am depressed' or 'I am anxious', like it is who they are.
Depression, anxiety or any negative state is not who you are. It is a mixture of significant emotional events, a life time of choices, past conditioned beliefs, habbits and values that can sometimes make us feel terrible in life. It is NOT who you are, you can change it and it is possible to be content with life and happy within.
