About Vita Coaching Programme

Vita Conexion has provided a FREE on-line coaching programme that is centered around helping you to feel alive again. It is a knowledge and awareness programme to change old thinking habbits. It includes new cutting edge pyschology, science, neuroscience, EFT and coaching techniques that work.
Vita is an EASY to use programme with both workbook and video Interactive Coaching with Claire Boot. It opens your mind and starts you on a journey to true happiness. Vita gives you the techniques that work, ultimately giving you knowledge, techniques and understanding to make positive change in your life.
The website gives you the ability to contact other Vita members, if you choose, to run through the programme with. Claire Boot also offers free group coaching sessions (in Northampton, UK at present) to help with the programme or global email support.
